began with two office jokesters’ pulling a prank on a colleague whose
endless tales of his love for Ben & Jerry’s made them nuts. They

& Jerry’s hit called "Chubby Hubby". After searching obsessively he

Kandungan antiseptik dalam bengkuang mampu mengatasi gatal-gatal di
kulit, selain itu lulur bengkuang juga mengencangkan kulit sehingga

pachyrhizon, rotenon, vitamin B1 dan C. Campuran jeruk nipis dalam

3. Boreh Rempah:

katekin (catechin) yang merupakan antioksidan yang kuat yang ada dalam
coklat dapat mencegah penuaan dini, mencegah keriput, dan melindungi
kulit dari polusi menjadikan kulit bercahaya dan awet muda.

tubuh yang tahan lama. Campuran olive oil nya melembabkan kulit dan
mencegah keriput. Kulit bersih, bercahaya, harum menggoda.

6. Green Tea:
Teh hijau mengandung antioksidan polyphenols, vitamin C dan E. Lulur
teh hijau menutrisi kulit, melancarkan peredaran darah tepi, berkhasiat
mencegah penuaan dini, menyegarkan kulit, melindungi kulit dari polusi.
Vitamin C nya mencerahkan kulit, dan vitamin E nya melembabkan. Lulur
greentea dapat digunakan untuk mencegah jerawat, menghilangkan

keriput karena kandungan antioksidan dari madu. Sangat cocok untuk

8. Coffee: Bubuk
kopi yang digosok-gosokkan akan mengeluarkan minyak, sehingga lulur /
scrub kopi dapat menghaluskan kulit, membuat kulit lebih cerah.
Menghilangkan lelah pada kulit, memperbaiki sirkulasi O2 dan peredaran
darah tepi. Antioksidan yang terdapat dalam kopi dapat mencegah penuaan
dini, mempercepat pengelupasan sel-sel kulit mati. Kulit menjadi cerah,

9. Lidah Buaya: atau
Aloevera mempunyai khasiat yang luar biasa, selain untuk menyuburkan
rambut, aloevera juga dapat menghaluskan dan melembabkan kulit. Hal ini
disebabkan karena aloevera mengandung lignin/selulosa yang mampu
menembus dan meresap ke dalam kulit, menahan hilangnya cairan tubuh
dari permukaan kulit, sehingga kulit tidak cepat kering serta terjaga
kelembabannya. Selain melembabkan, aloevera juga berkhasiat membantu
meningkatkan kadar oksigen yang berguna bagi kulit, membantu menguatkan
jaringan kulit sehingga tidak mengendur, serta membantu mencegah
penuaan dini.

10. Milk: Susu
kaya akan zat asam beta hydroxy alami, campuran susu dalam lulur ini
tidak saja berguna sebagai peeling yang mengikis kotoran dan sel-sel
kulit mati tetapi juga dapat mencerahkan kulit sehingga terlihat lebih
halus dan tidak bersisik. Selain itu, kandungan protein dalam susu juga
berguna sebagai suplai nutrisi yang berfungsi melembabkan sekaligus
melapisi permukaan kulit agar lebih halus dan kenyal.

11. Pepaya:
mengandung berbagai jenis enzim, vitamin, dan mineral, diantaranya
adalah enzim Papain, alkaloid karpaino, psudokarpaina, glikosid,
karposid dan saponin, sakarosa, dekstrosa serta levulosa, vitamin A,
vitamin B, vitamin C, dan Vitamin E. Enzim dalam buah pepaya sangat
berguna untuk mengangkat sel-sel kulit yang telah rusak atau mati, dan
terkenal ampuh untuk mengobati jerawat. Selain itu vitamin-vitamin yang
terkandung dalam pepaya dapat mencerahkan, melembabkan, dan meremajakan
kulit karena sifatnya yang menangkal radikal bebas sehingga mencegah
keriput datang lebih cepat.
